Laura Herron Weber has been representing employees in litigation against their employers for over 15 years. Laura understands that behind every employment dispute is the personal story and experience of the employee. She gets successful results for her clients by designing individual litigation strategies and theories to match that experience and zealously seeking compensation for her client’s damages.
Practice Areas
The majority of Laura’s cases involve individual employees who have been terminated because of discrimination and retaliation. She has also successfully represented large groups of employees in wage and hour litigation to get compensation for meal breaks and overtime wages, and has worked on class action litigation. Laura has represented plaintiffs exclusively throughout her career, in State and Federal court, and administrative forums.
Recognition and Awards
Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” award 2009 – 2010, and 2013-2017.
